This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation and submit payment. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available. Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account from HSG Athletics.
The $95.00 registration fee will be in effect through February 1st, 2026, with a $30 discount for a 2nd family member and a family maximum of $220 (3 family members or more). After February 1st the registration fee will be $110 per player with no family discounts if spots are available.
**Please note -- a 50% refund will be issued on or before February 1st, 2026 for cancellations. There will be no refunds issued after February 1st for cancellations. All refunds will be issued via check from Holy Spirit Parish at Geist.
HSG CYO Volleyball is open to all registered members at Holy Spirit or St. John Vianney for boys in grades 4th through 8th
There will be mandatory evaluations for all 5/6 grade teams and all 7/8 grade teams. The evaluation date will be the end of February (Date and Time T.B.D.)
No evaluations for 4th grade as they play in one division and those players will split evenly after first practice.
Practices will start late February/Early March
Games will start the weekend of March 25th and end the 1st week of May.
Games will be played on weekdays and weekends. Games can range from 900am to 400pm on Saturdays and 1200pm to 400pm on Sundays and start as early as 530pm during the week. There will be one game during the week and 1 game on the weekend. You will play games at both Holy Spirit and other parishes with CYO volleyball teams.
We are looking for coaches as well. If you are interested in coaching (even just assisting) - please let us know in the comment box. There is a background check and a safe and sacred program that all coaches need to fill out and that link is here: SAFE ENVIRONMENT AND BACKGROUND CHECK
**PLEASE DO NOT REQUEST TEAM ASSIGNMENTS**
4th grade teams will be split as evenly as possible as there are no A or B divisions with CYO in 4th grade.
5th/6th grade teams will be split by A and B divisions and those teams will play against like talent at the other parishes.
7th/8th grade teams will be split by A and B divisions and those teams will play against like talent at the other parishes.
The cost of CYO Volleyball is $95 for the 1st family member, $160 for 2 family members ($30 discount) and $220 for 3 or more family members ($65 total discount).
If you are registering more than one player in your family this season before February 1st, you will receive a $30 discount on the second and a $65 total discount on the third or more. In order for the registration system to recognize that your family is registering multiple players, please register all of your players at this time. On the Review Page, there is a link near the bottom to "Register Another Player" - please click on this link to ensure that all of your family's players are registered within the same order.
