WELCOME TO THE BOYS (4th-12th) and GIRLS (9th-12th) CYO BASKETBALL REGISTRATION WITH HOLY SPIRIT GEIST ATHLETICS!

 

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation and submit payment. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available. Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account from HSG Athletics.

 

The $100 registration fee will be in effect through September 12th with a $20 discount for a 2nd family member and a family maximum of $240 (3 family members or more).  After September 12th, the registration fee will be $115 per player with no family discounts if spots are available.

 

If you need to cancel your registration - a 50% refund will be issued on or before September 19th and no refunds will be issued after September 19th.  All refunds will come as a check from Holy Spirit at Geist parish.


SEASON INFORMATION

 

This CYO basketball season is open to all registered members at Holy Spirit for boys in grades 4th through 12th and girls in grades 9th through 12th.

  • Evaluations will take place in early/mid October
  • Practices will start mid/late October.
  • Games will start at the end of November and end at the end of January.

Games will be played on the weekends only and games can range from 900am to 400pm on Saturdays and 1200pm to 400pm on Sundays.  You will play games at both Holy Spirit and other parishes with CYO basketball teams.

We will be looking for coaches as well.  If you are interested in coaching (even just assisting) - please let us know in the comment box.

**PLEASE DO NOT REQUEST TEAM ASSIGNMENTS**

  • 4th grade teams will be split as evenly as possible as there is no A, B, C division
  • 5th/6th grade teams will be split by A, B, and C talent divisions and those teams will play against like talent at the other parishes.
  • 7th/8th grade teams will be split by A, B and C talent divisions and those teams will play against like talent at the other parishes
  • 9th/10th grade players will go through evaluations and then teams will be split up after.
  • 11th/12th grade players will go through evaluations and then teams will be split up after.

FAMILY DISCOUNT INFORMATION

 

If you are registering more than one player in your family this season before September 12th, you will receive a $20 discount on the second and a $60 total family discount on the third.  In order for the registration system to recognize that your family is registering multiple players, please register all of your players at this time.  On the Review Page, there is a link near the bottom to "Register Another Player" - please click on this link to ensure that all of your family's players are registered within the same order.
